Dec 13, 2022 · 2014 F-150 Turns Over But Won’t Start. Stopped to fuel up, tried to restart and nothing. Turned out to be the 20 amp fuse for position 27 (Fuel Pump Relay Power). Any further attempt to start has resulted in crank no start. Here are the facts: - The theft light comes on for 2 seconds when I turn the key on but goes out and stays out while cranking. The battery and air bag lights flash while cranking though. - I thought the battery was low from sitting for a week so I charged it.Check the PCM Power Relay (under hood). Check the fuse under the hood that supplies the relay (F2) and the fuses on the relay's output (F18, F23, & F24). If it's stuck open - hard to maintain pressure.
